In Ankara, we operate from the offices of LIBRE | law and consultancy, the law firm of our partner Fatih Selçuk Hazan, Mag. iur., which he founded together with Hilal Aslan Hazan, LL.M. Public Sector and Procurement

Contracts from the public sector follow their own rules, and the deadlines are short. We review tender documents before a bid is submitted, accompany the process, and represent you when a procurement decision needs to be challenged.

Against a burdensome decision, legal recourse is available, but it is subject to deadlines that begin to run with the notification. Therefore, when you receive a decision, the first step is always the same: check the date, note the deadline, then decide on the content.

Collaboration in a Network
